Guard Support's founder, Nate Dalton Receives Award from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve

The Massachusetts Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, awarded Guard Support of Massachusetts with the Massachusetts Committee Award for Outstanding Performance. Nate Dalton, Guard Support's founder accepted the award at the Mass. ESGR Annual Awards Dinner held at Hanscom Air Force Base on May 15, 2010.

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department
of Defense agency that seeks to develop and promote a culture in which
all American employers support and value the military service of their
employees. It does so by recognizing outstanding support, increasing
awareness of the law, and resolving conflicts through mediation.
